Deutsch: 13.08.1986 DDR 9900 [08523] Plauen: Johanniskirche (GMP: 50.493170,12.137564). 1230 vom Deutschen Ritterorden als romanische Pfeilerbasilika errichtet. Beim Brand von 1548 wurde die Kirche schwer beschädigt; sie entstand als dreischiffige Hallenkirche mit Sterngewölbe wieder. Die spätgotischen Schnitzwerke des Flügelaltars aus dem frühen 16. Jahrhundert stammen mehrheitlich aus der Kirche in Neustädtel. Sie wurden zusammen mit einem Relief der Grablegung Christi eines unbekannten Meisters in einem neuen Gehäuse untergebracht. Die barocke Kanzel stammt aus der Görlitzer Nikolaikirche. Sie schuf vermutlich der Görlitzer Bildhauer Caspar Gottlob von Rodewitz in der Zeit zwischen 1717 und 1721.
