Description
English: Early post Medieval lead alloy hooked clasp, 27mm long, 15mm wide and 6mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 8.39grams. The object consists of one half of a trefoil shaped clasp, consisting of two sub-spherical lobes with a flower like decoration. The reverse has a squashed rectangular shaped fixing loop. The object almost matches Read Class D, Type 6 (Trefoil), eg.258.
