Description
Deutsch: 01.05.2003 39606 Krumke (Osterburg/Altmark), Parkstraße 4: Schloß Krumke (GMP: 51.797249,11.714986). Ursprünglich, wohl schon 1170, stand auf der Insel eine Burg, deren Reste aber nicht mehr erhalten sind. 1854-1860 wurde auf der Insel ein neues Schloß errichtet und die im 18. Jahrhundert geschaffene Gartenanlage verändert. Durch die Bodenreform wurden 1945 die bisherigen Besitzer enteignet. Im Schloß wurde eine Tuberkulose-Heilstätte eingerichtet, später ein Kinderkurheim. Nach dem Ende der DDR stand das Schloß lange leer. Im Jahre 2004 gingen das Schloß und die umgebende Schloßinsel in Privatbesitz über. [F20030501A14.jpg]20030501310NR.JPG(c)Blobelt
