Description
Deutsch: 29.09.2003 02797 Kurort Oybin: Blick von Süden zum Berg Qybin. 1256 bestiegen Bärenjäger des Qualo von Leipa den Berg und empfahlen ihrem Herrn, dort ein Haus zu bauen. Um 1258 wurde ein primitiver Wehrbau aus Holz und Lehm errichtet, der bald wieder zerfiel. Die Reste der heutigen Burg (links) mit dem Kaiserhaus (GMP: 50.844149,14.740835) wurden ab 1364 auf Befehl des Kaisers Karl IV. errichtet. Von 1366-1384 errichteten die Cölestinermönche die Klosterkirche (GMP: 50.843932,14.741613). Die Besiedlung des Berges wurde später wieder aufgegeben.
