Description
Deutsch: 22.04.2005 04886 Kössern (Grimma), Zum Rittergut 9: Das Rittergut (nicht zu verwechseln mit dem Jagdhaus) nimmt ein erhöhtes Terrain am Ufer der Mulde ein. Das Herrenhaus (GMP: 51.179094,12.784131) besteht aus zwei rechtwinklig angeordneten Flügeln. In den Giebel des Hofflügels ist das Wappen der Familie von Erdmannsdorff mit der Jahreszahl 1695 eingelassen. Die letzte Umgestaltung erfolgte 1894. Dabei wurden die Giebelfronten mit einer reichen Dekoration im Neorenaissancestil versehen. Im hofseitigen Giebel kann man die Inschrift "A. v. A. / 1894" lesen. Das Monogramm bezieht sich auf Alfred von Abendroth, einen Nachfahren des Kaufmanns Christian Friedrich Abendroth (1744-1811), der das Rittergut 1772 von Friedrich Wilhelm von Erdmannsdorff erworben hatte. In der DDR-Zeit waren im Haus Kindergarten/-krippe und Wohnungen. Derzeit desolater Zustand, Mietwohnungen. Sicht von der Mulde. [DSCN6486.TIF]20050422134DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
