17. Jh. Umbau zum Schloß. Von 1330-1717 Sitz der Familie Schenk von Landsberg. Von 1717 bis 1812 den Sitz eines königlichen Amtmanns. 1788-1791 wegen Baufälligkeit fast vollständig abgerissen. 1812-1927 Rittergut und selbständiger Gutsbezirk. Häufiger Eigentumswechsel bis Baron von Parpart das Schloß 1860 bis 1910 in Besitz hatte. 1945/48 Enteignung und Überführung in Volkseigentum. 1945-1956 Wohnsitz für Umsiedler, Kulturzentrum, Konferenzstätte, Kinderferienlager und Ferienheim eines Außenhandelsbetriebes. 1956-1989 Betriebsferienheim für Mitarbeiter des ZK und Parteiveteranen der SED, mit 20 Zimmern in einfacher Ausstattung. 1984-1986 Modernisierung und Erweiterung auf 60 Zimmer. 1973/74 Aufnahme und Betreuung chilenischer Emigrantenfamilien nach dem Militärputsch Pinochets. 1990-2005 'Schloßhotel Teupitz'.
