Deutsch: 02.06.2006 01909 Großharthau: Ehemaliges Rittergut (GMP: 51.107119,14.10614). Blick vom Park nach Norden zum Torhaus des Gutsbezirkes. Das Rittergut in der Bachaue der Wesenitz ist aus einer mittelalterlichen Wasserburg hervorgegangen. 1794 ließ der Dresdner Christoph Gottlieb Haußner das barocke Torhaus errichten. Ab 1892 bewohnten Prinz Sizzo zu Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt und sein Sohn Friedrich Günther das Schloß, der 1945 enteignet wurde. Im 2. Weltkrieg wurden hier Rüstungsakten gelagert. Das 1350 erstmals erwähnte Schloß ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Es wurde nach einem Brand im Januar 1946 Ende 1948 abgerissen. Der Hügel rechts der Bildmitte blieb übrig.
