Description
Deutsch: 11.08.2006 04703 Kroptewitz (Leisnig): Herrenhaus Kroptewitz, Kroptewitz 1 (GMP: 51.212364,12.957990). 1551 gehörte Kroptewitz mit seinem Vorwerk zum Rittergut Sitten. Seit dem 15. Jh. war es im Besitz derer von Kötteritzsch. Erbaut wurde das heutige Herrnhaus in der Zeit um 1800. Die Jahreszahl 1846 mit dem Monogramm E. A. G. über dem Hauseingangsportal weist auf den Umbau durch E. A. Gruhl hin. Seit der Bodenreform 1945 diente das Herrenhaus in der DDR bis in die 1990er Jahre als Wohnhaus.
