Description
Deutsch: 11.08.2006 04779 Wiederoda (Wermsdorf), Lindenstraße 17: Rittergut, Schloß (GMP: 51.250669,12.960358). Einer der mehrfach wechselnden Besitzer war der kurfürstlich sächsische Rat Heinrich von Bünau auf Püchau, der das Rittergut Wiederoda 1717 gekauft hatte und der den Herrensitz 1721 im heute sichtbaren Barockstil umgestalten ließ. Das 275 Hektar große Rittergut wurde im Oktober 1945 beschlagnahmt und infolge der Bodenreform an 25 Neubauern aufgeteilt. Im Schloß brachte man zunächst ein Tuberkuloseheim und dann eine Maschinen-Traktoren-Station (MTS) unter. 1966 zog eine Hilfsschule ein. Es folgte eine Schule für geistig Behinderte, die jedoch 2008 an einen anderen Standort verlegt wurde. Schloßportal Hofseite mit dem Wappen von Heinrich von Bünau auf Püchau.
