Description
Deutsch: 04.09.2006 01326 Dresden: Blick vom Kleinzschachwitzer Ufer über die Elbe nach Hosterwitz zur "Villa Fabrice" (GMP: 51.012390,13.862170), Maille-Bahn 8. Luise von Watzdorf kaufte 1824 das Grundstück und ließ dort ein Sommerhaus errichten. 1838 wurde es umgebaut und erweitert. Unter Alfred Freiherr von Miltitz erfolgte 1870 der Umbau zur heutigen Villa. 1882 kaufte Eberhard von Fabrice das Anwesen. 1919 erwarb Johann Carl Müller (1867-1944) die Villa Maillebahn 8 und wohnte hier ab 1921 mit seiner Familie. 1920/21 erfolgte ein Um- und Ausbau durch den Architekten Franz Hartmann. 1945-1948 wohnten hier Umsiedler. 1948 bekam der Verband der Konsumgenossenschaft das Grundstück und betrieb hier bis 1989 die internationale Konsum-Mittelschule "Reinhold Dörbeck". Heute betreibt hier die nach Johann Carl Müller benannte Stiftung seniorengerechte Wohnungen mit Service. Der benachbarte Neubau Maille-Bahn 8A (GMP: 51.012880,13.861710) von 2001 mit 28 Appartements gehört ebenfalls dazu. [DSCN11333.TIF]20060904070DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
