Deutsch: 14.01.2007 01099 Dresden-Neustadt, Bautzner Straße 79: Pfunds Molkerei (GMP: 51.063791,13.759658). Das Gebäude entstand um 1880. Der Thekenladen "Pfunds
Molkerei", wurde 1891 eingebaut. Das Unternehmen wurde 1880 von Paul Gustav Leander Pfund gegründet. Der Landwirt aus Reinholdshain wollte die Milchversorgung der Großststadt verbessern. 1880 stieg auch sein Bruder, der Schauspieler Friedrich Pfund, in das Geschäft ein. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt firmierte das Unternehmen als Dresdner Molkerei Gebrüder Pfund, obwohl Friedrich schon 1883 starb. Später arbeiteten Paul Pfunds Söhne Kurt und Max im Betrieb mit. Das Stammgeschäft Bautzner Straße 79 ist international als schönster Milchladen der Welt bekannt. Unter den Kontorräumen liegt der Laden, der ganz mit handgemalten Fliesen im Neorenaissancestil ausgekleidet wurde, die Villeroy & Boch in Zusammenarbeit mit Dresdner Künstlern hergestellt hatte. 1972 verstaatlicht und bis zur Schließung 1978 vom Urenkel Paul Friedrich Pfund als Direktor geführt.
