Description
Deutsch: 21.01.2007 01067 Dresden, Ostra-Ufer 2 / Devrientstraße: Maritim Hotel (GMP: 51.05739,13.731890), altes Speichergebäude, nach Plänen von Stadtbaurat Hans Jakob Erlwein 1913/14 erbaut. Der "Erlwein-Speicher" ist 76 m lang und 40 m hoch und prägt die Stadtsilhouette mit. Erster deutscher Stahlbetonbau dieser Art. Er bot 20.000 m² Lagerraum, wurde aber selten voll genutzt. Von 2004 bis 2006 erfolgt der Umbau zum Maritim-Kongress-Hotel. Einweihung war am 15.05.2006. Die Baukosten rund 65 Mio. EUR. Das Hotel hat 328 Zimmer. Sicht von Süden.
