Description
Deutsch: 12.04.2007 01809 Dohna: Sicht von Süden (von Ploschwitzer Höhe) zur Burg (GMP: 50.953246,13.854712). Der Burgberg beherrscht den Eingang in das Müglitztal und wird durch eine Schleife der Müglitz gesichert (verdeckt im Vordergrund). Erste Wehranlagen gab es schon im 10. Jahrhundert. 1402 verloren die Donins die Burg, sie verfiel. Von der historischen Burg ist kaum noch etwas vorhanden. Der dicke Turm, im Bild erkennbar, wurde im frühen 19 Jahrhundert erbaut.
