Description
Deutsch: 12.08.2007 01067 Dresden-Altstadt, Gewandhausstraße: Dinglingerbrunnen (GMP: 51.048780,13.741780) am Gewandhaus. Ursprünglich im Hof des Dinglingerhauses Frauenstraße 9. Der Brunnen ist benannt nach dem Hofgoldschmied von August dem Starken, Johann Melchior Dinglinger. Er entstand nach 1718 aus Sandstein. Auf der Rückseite des nach den Kriegszerstörungen von 1963 bis 1966 wieder aufgebauten Gewandhauses wurde Dresdens schönster ehemaliger, durch eine hölzerne Röhre gespeister Hausbrunnen eingefügt. Der Bildhauer Werner Hempel restaurierte den Brunnen aus Bruchstücken der Kriegszerstörung. [DSCN28954.TIF]20070812120DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
