Description
Deutsch: 09.10.2007 01324 Dresden-Loschwitz, Oskar-Pletsch-Straße 8 (GMP: 51.060248,13.822810): Villa Marie bzw. Villa Jauernik. Erbaut 1902-1905, Baudenkmal. Das Treppenhaus ist geprägt durch eine rokoisierende Ausmalung von nobler Zurückhaltung. Dunkle Maserungen der Holzelemente bzw. Holzimitationen kontrastieren mit in Rosa, hellem Blau under Grauweiß gehaltenen Deckenspiegeln und Wandflächen. Dekorative Bänderungen und Begleitstriche sowie weiße Stuckreliefs mit Rocaille-Dekor bilden ebenso Akzente wie der geätzte Dekor der Tür- u. Fensterscheiben.
