Deutsch: 09.10.2007 01326 Dresden-Loschwitz: Mietshaus (1895) Körnerplatz 2 / Ecke Friedrich-Wieck-Straße (GMP: 51.05399,13.814792). Baudenkmal. Wohnhaus und "Kaffee Wippler". Der Hauseingang zum Gebäude Körnerplatz 2 ist das schmiedeeiserne Durchfahrts-Tor von der Friedrich-Wieck-Straße aus! Vom Hof geht dann der Eingang ins Treppenhaus. Loschwitz war einst ein slawisches Fischerdorf an der Elbe, das am 24. Juni 1315 erstmals als "Loscuicz" urkundlich erwähnt wird. Ab 1887 wurde das Winzerland schnell zu Bauland für Landhäuser und Villen. Es war schon immer eine begehrte Wohngegend für wohlhabende Bürger, Adlige und Künstler.
