Description
Deutsch: 31.01.2008 01069 Dresden-Seevorstadt Ost: Vielgeschosser Lindengasse 18 / Ecke Struvestraße (GMP: 51.041195,13.739919). Apartmenthaus G4, achtgeschossiges Wohnhaus, als Typenbau an mehreren Stellen in Dresden realisiert. Gerd Dettmar entwarf den Haustyp G4 erstmals für die Borsbergstraße 32 als Dominante am nördlichen Ende der vom Kollektiv um Wolfgang Hänsch beplanten Nachkriegsbebaung der Borsbergstraße. Der frühe DDR-Bau in der Lindengasse 18 hatte im Erdgeschoß Läden. Hier gab es u.a. Haushaltwaren, z.B. Näh- und Strickmaschinen.
