Deutsch: 12.05.2008 01156 Oberwartha (Dresden) Fritz-Arndt-Platz 3: Klostergut (ab 1266). Das Lehngut war formell kein Rittergut. Die Besitzer hatten keine herrschaftlichen Rechte, aber sie führten einen großen und bedeutenden Hof. Da zum Lehngut auch eine Brauerei mit Schankrecht gehörte, sprach man seit dem 17. Jahrhundert vom Brauschenkengut. Über zweihundert Jahre befand sich der Hof im Besitz der Familie Rudolph. 1885 kaufte Friedrich Julius Arndt (1856-1919) den Hof. Er vergrößerte ihn und führte die Bezeichnung "Klostergut" ein. Im Herrenhaus waren Wohnungen eingerichtet. Seit 2005 steht das Herrenhaus leer. Blick von Süden zwischen die beiden im Südosten des Guts stehenden Scheunen "Zur Schäferei". Die östliche (rechts) ist bereits ohne Dach (GMP: 51.076690,13.603330).
