Deutsch: 07.06.2008 01324 Dresden-Weißer Hirsch, Lahmannring 3 (GMP: 51.063670,13.815330): Villa Olga / Villa Eschebach. Das Landhaus am Lahmannring ließ Carl Eschebach 1877 als Villa Olga errichten. Bereits 1887 wurde es aber vom Lahmannschen Sanatorium als Patientenvilla angemietet. Im 2. Weltkrieg wurde das Haus erweitert. Nach 1945 und in der DDR diente das Gebäude zunächst als Schule, dann als Kinderheim. 1995 wurde die Villa an die Erben des von den Sowjets enteigneten Besitzers Walter Müller zurückgegeben. Nachdem diese die Villa im selben Jahr verkauft hatten, erfolgte eine umfassende Sanierung. Heute als Wohnhaus genutzt. [DSCN32976.TIF]20080607100DR.JPG(c)Blobelt |
