Deutsch: 29.06.2008 01445 Radebeul-Oberlößnitz: "Hause Breitig" (GMP: 51.105706,13.680166). In der Denkmalliteratur wird das Haus unter Maxim-Gorki-Straße 22 vorortet. Durch Änderungen im Grundstückszuschnitt nach der Wende ist die richtige Anschrift heute Fritz-Schulze-Straße 5 / Ecke Maxim-Gorki-Straße. Das Gebäude ist ein Fachwerkhaus, wie es einst typisch für die Lößnitzer Weinberge war. Heute ist es in Radebeul das einzige seiner Bauweise. Das Haus Breitig, benannt nach der Familie Breitig, die es 1897 bis 1952 in Besitz hatte, stammt aus der Mitte des 17. Jahrhunderts. Als 1714/15 der Landvermesser Hans August Nienborg (1661-1729) von dem Gelände Risszeichnungen anfertigte, trug er als Besitzerin" Frau Sekr. Wernerin" ein. Das Grundstück wurde 1791 an Johann Gottfried Findeisen aus Kaditz verkauft, der hier Viehwirtschaft, Wein- und Feldbau betrieb. Der Weingarten umfasste 37 Pfahlhaufen. Als das Grundstück 1972 an die Stadt Radebeul überging, war das Fachwerkhaus bereits stark baufällig. Dass es gerettet werden konnte, ist dem Bauingenieur (später Professor für Tragwerksplanung) Dr.-Ing. Wolfram Jäger zu verdanken, der das Weinberghaus 1983 kaufte und schrittweise sanierte.
