Description
Deutsch: 09.08.2008 01067 Dresden-Wilsdruffer Vorstadt: Schützenplatz 14 (GMP: 51.056023,13.726794): Dresdner Volkshaus/Gewerkschaftshaus, heute Sitz des DGB. Im Erdgeschoß u.a. Bistrot/Café des Massagestudios "Schwebebad". Das Gewerkschaftshaus Dresden am Schützenplatz 14 in der Wilsdruffer Vorstadt Dresdens besteht aus zwei Gebäuden: Dies ist zum einen das westlich gelegene Volkshaus von 1915 (auch als Dresdner Volkshaus bezeichnet) und das östlich gelegene sogenannte Hochhaus, von Carl Fritz Richter von 1929 bis 1930 errichtete. Beide Gebäude werden gemeinsam genutzt und stehen heute unter Denkmalschutz. Sie sind traditioneller Sitz der Gewerkschaften in Dresden. Im Jahr 2006 wurde das Gebäude an die Cerberus Capital Management verkauft. Im Juni 2012 wurde es von der Igemet, der immobilienwirtschaftlichen Vermögensverwaltung der IG Metall, für die Gewerkschaften zurückgekauft. [DSCN33682.TIF]20080809150DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
