Deutsch: 24.10.2008 01445 Radebeul-Zitzschewig: Donadini-Haus (GMP: 51.128943,13.612106), Rietzschkegrund 21. Ursprünglich ein Weingut, später ein Atelierhaus. Bereits im 17.
Jahrhundert gab es im damals noch so genannten Bettelgrund vereinzelte Wohnstätten. Die Straße Rietzschkegrund erhielt amtlicherseits 1897 diesen Namen. Das Donadini-Haus ist das Atelier- und Sommerhaus von Ermenegildo Antonio Donadini (1847-1936), einem österreichisch-deutschen Historienmaler, Restaurator, Fotograf, königlich sächsischen Hofrat und Kunstsammler. Auf dem Grundstück wurde 1884 ein kleines, eingeschossiges Haus mit Satteldach durch den Kötzschenbrodaer Mauermeister Moritz Große errichtet. 1892 erwarb Donadini das Anwesen im Rietzschkegrund als Gartengrundstück. Donadini beantragte 1908, zu jener Zeit Hofrat, Professor an der Kunstgewerbeschule in Dresden und Zeichenlehrer von Königin Carola, "einen bescheidenen Erweiterungsbau; Atelier für den Sommeraufenthalt". Der Bau sollte durch den Baumeister F. A. Bernhard Große ausgeführt werden. Der Bau erfolgte zwischen 1908 und 1911. 1913 ließ Donadini nach einem Entwurf des Dresdner Baumeisters Max Preiss einen Sammlungsraum anbauen. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt benutzte Donadini das Anwesen bis zu seinem Tod 1936 als Alterswohnsitz. Sicht von Süden. [DSCN35070.TIF]20081024645DR.JPG(c)Blobelt |
