Description
English: The Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs Commission of the Republic of China (1912-1949) held the inaugural annual state memorial service for Genghis Khan from 1941. The service is officially known as 致祭成陵. Its successor government in Taiwan continued the tradition. In this service on 30 April 2013, Taipei, the memorial oration was delivered in the Mongolian language.[1]
