Description
Deutsch: 08.05.2015 14913 Wiepersdorf (Niederer Fläming), Bettina-von Arnim-Straße 13: Schloß Wiepersdorf (GMP: 51.882432,13.240524) ist ein Barockbau von 1731-1738. 1780 und 1878 umgebaut. Ab 1814 wohnte hier das Dichterehepaar Bettina von Arnim (1785-1859) und Achim von Arnim (1781-1831). Alter Park. Die bestehende Anlage mit zahlreichen Skulpturen entstand im Wesentlichen Ende des 19. Jh. durch den Maler Achim von Arnim-Bärwalde. Er ließ den Park ungewöhnlich reich mit überwiegend barocken Skulpturen ausstatten. Sie stammen vornehmlich aus Italien. Bis in die 1940er Jahre haben die Eigentümer Haus und Garten kontinuierlich gepflegt. Nach der Beschlagnahme durch die Rote Armee und der Enteignung der Familie von Arnim verwahrloste die Anlage zusehends. Ab den 1970er Jahren wurde sie nach und nach restauriert. In der DDR-Zeit als Schriftstellerheim genutzt, in dem u.a. Christa Wolf und Ulrich Plenzdorf weilten. [DSCN5419&5420.JPG]20150508525MDR.JPG(c)Blobelt
