Description
Deutsch: 09.05.2016 02994 Bulleritz (Gemeinde Schwepnitz): Ehem. Vorwerk Bulleritz, Hauptstr. 4. Wohntrakt im SW an der Straße. Caspar Burggraf von Dohna wurde 1565 mit dem Dorf Bulleritz belehnt. 1817 erwarben die Grafen zu Stolberg-Stolberg auf Brauna das Vorwerk, welches zum Ritterguts erhoben wurde. Der Wohntrakt ist zur Straße gerichtet. Er wurde 1821 von der Herrin auf Brauna, Sophie Charlotte Eleonore Gräfin zu Stolberg-Stolberg, erneuert, was eine Tafel am Giebel mit der Inschrift "K. E. Gr. z. St. geb. Gr. v. R. 1821" bezeugt. 1945 nutzte Rote Armee das Gut zur Schweine- und Rinderhaltung. Danach wurde d. Vorwerk Betriebsteil des Volksgutes Koitzsch und man betrieb Hühnerzucht. Die Firma Straßen- und Wegebau, die das Objekt 1990 erworben hatte, ging in Insolvenz. Der Hof wirkt heute verlassen, nur der Wohntrakt am Hoftor zeugt von Leben und ist gepflegt.
