Description
Deutsch: 08.06.2019 01069 Dresden, Gebiet Prager Straße: Die nach der Wende berühmteste Baugrube Dresden, das „Prager Loch“ (GMP: 51.042021,13.733831), ist geschlossen. Seit Juli 2014 ließ die Hamburger Immobilienfirma "Revitalis Real Estate GmbH" auf dem Grundstück das sechs- bis siebenstöckige "Prager Carree" errichten, einen Wohn- und Handelskomplex mit 241 Wohnungen und zehn Geschäften. Ab Herbst 2016 werden die Wohnungen vermietet. Hier die Gebäude im Süden auf der Seite zum Hauptbahnhof, Wiener Straße 11 und 12 (GMP: 51.041597,13.733335). Sicht von Südwesten.
