Summary[edit]

Description
English: The Los Rios Historic District, encompassing the houses from 31600 to 31921 Los Rios Street in San Juan Capistrano, California, is the oldest continuously occupied neighborhood in the state. The oldest building dates from 1794. Once the location of 40 adobes, most of which were eventually replaced by wooden structure, the neighborhoo still has 3 adobes, and others are nearby. Thirty-one of the beuildings in the neighborhood are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
