1月26日，商务部部长王文涛与新西兰贸易和出口增长部长奥康纳分别代表两国政府，通过视频方式正式签署两国自贸协定升级议定书。中新自贸协定是中国与发达国家签署的第一个自贸协定，该协定于2008年4月签署并于同年10月实施，时隔12年后有了“升级版”。 签约仪式后，商务部国际经贸关系司副司长杨正伟向记者表示，根据协定，在服务贸易方面，双方作出了更大的开放承诺。在投资领域，新方放宽了中资审查门槛。在货物贸易领域新增了部分木材和纸制品的市场开放。 杨正伟表示，《升级议定书》将促进中新双方进一步深化各领域务实合作，增进两国企业利益和人民福祉，不断丰富和充实两国全面战略伙伴关系的内涵。 杨正伟说，下一步，双方将各自履行国内法律审批程序，推动中国—新西兰自由贸易区升级协定早日生效实施 |
