Description
Русский: Построен заводом Lokomotivfabrik „23. August“, Бухарест, Румыния в 1985 году для железных дорог ГДР.
Изначально имел обозначение 119 188-1, 27.6.1985 введен в эксплуаатцию в депо Дрезден (BW Dresden).
В 1992-м году получил обозначение 219 188-0 в соответствии с системой нумерации подвижного состава DB.
В декабре 1992-го года прошёл модернизацию на заводе Kupp Werk в Эссене, в ходе которой получшил новдые дизельные двигатели MTU 12V396 TE 14 и новое обозначение 229 188-8.
В дальнейшем поступил в депо Эрфурт (BW Erfurt), где проработал до декабря 2000-го года, после чего был списан.
В 2003-м году передан в Железнодорожный Музей Веймара — Eisenbahnmuseum Weimar (Ehem. Bw Weimar)TEV Thüringer Eisenbahnverein e.V.
