271 BERK-48E688: Medieval Lead Token
Description
English: A late medieval or post medieval lead token or tally. On the obverse there are two (possible) initials I S, or alternatively the beginnings of a date 15(..). The revese has a long cross with one pellet in each quarter, the design possibly an imitation of a long cross coin. The token has been bent over on itself. Suggested date c.1400 to 1600 AD.
