First production model A-7D Aircraft.
  • Aircraft removed from flight duites, re-designated GA-7D Ground Trainer, 1976
Assigned to Chanute AFB, IL.
  • Retired 1992. Currently a static display at the Tomah Veterans Hospital, Tomah, Wisconsin (Marked as Wisconsin Air National Guard aircraft).
