Summary[edit]

Description
English: Soft Point version of .38 Special caliber. This version has a bullet semi jacketed in metal with the soft top point made out of lead. This type of projectile deforms to the mushroom like shape which has the ability to quickly transfer energy and is unlikely to rebound.
