40 JAAR BRONS MOTOREN; Weekjournaal van Polygoon Hollands Nieuws van week 16 uit 1947.; Veertigjarig jubileum van de fabriek voor scheepsmotoren van Brons in Appingedam. Het personeel huldigt de oprichter van het bedrijf, K. Brons. De burgemeester van Appingedam, C.C.J. Welleman, meldt hem daarbij zijn benoeming tot officier in de orde van Oranje-Nassau. SHOTS: - ext. en int. machinefabriek: arbeiders aan het werk; grote scheepsdieselmotor draait proef; - cu's Brons oa achter tekentafel; in de fabriek overlegt hij, blauwdruk in de hand, met een arbeider; - huldiging; onthulling plaquette; Welleman feliciteert Brons.
