4EC866 lead spindle whorl
Description
English: Medieval lead alloy spindle whorl, 30mm in diameter and 8mm deep. The whorl is in a fair condition with a beige patina and weighs 52.13 grams. It is rectangular in section with a 10mm diameter hole. It has traces of a raised pattern of spheres on one side and which may appear on the other although it is rather worn.
