Description
English: medieval? lead bird shaped fitting,  65mm long, 37mm wide and 15mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs167 grams. The object consists of a bird with long tail fathers, suggesting a peacock? It has its head, with pionted beak, turned backwards to rest on its body which is decorated with indentations representing fetahers. It has a circular fitting at the cebtre of its base, suggesting it sat atop something.
