Description
English: Video of in vivo ventral furrow invagination: wild type genotype. Video using multi-photon images of in vivo transverse cross-sections of a wild type embryo during ventral furrow formation. The embryo is labelled with Sqh-GFP and is oriented with its dorsal surface upward.
