Description
English: The infection of rHPRS-103EGFP in cell culture by live-cell imaging.DF-1 cells were infected with rHPRS-103EGFP and then photomicrographs of five different positions were captured every 30min using a 20 × magnifying objective. Only one representative view of the five was shown in the movie. The red arrow shows a cell infected with rHPRS-103EGFP followed by subsequent infection of its neighboring cell, upon rHPRS-103EGFP infection and EGFP expression.
