Description
English: 3D reconstruction of kidney tissue. Nuclei and cells reconstructed from a high-resolution image (∼220 μm × 220 μm × 80 μm). First, the raw images of the cell cortex (F-actin by phalloidin) and nuclei (DAPI) staining are displayed. Then, the reconstruction of the nuclei (random colours) and the cells (random colours) are shown.
