Contexto:Serie de imágenes autografiadas reunidas por Alfredo Merello. Lisandro de la Torre fue un político rosarino que perteneció a la Liga del Sur y luego al Partido Demócrata Progresista. Destacó como legislador desde dónde denunció una cadena de corrupción que involucraba a frigoríficos y miembros del Gobierno de Justo. La ilustración es obra de Julio Vanzo, pintor y dibujante que sería uno de los artistas rosarinos de mayor relevancia del S.XX.
