Description
English: The Alaska State Defense Force had a change of command ceremony at the Alaska National Guard armory on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, October 16, 2019, where Col. John James relinquished command to Col. Simon Brown. The ceremony was presided over by Brig. Gen. Torrence Saxe, the adjutant general of the Alaska National Guard.
