Description A “Caravana de Debates” do ministro de Assuntos Estratégicos, Mangabeira Unger, acompanhado pelo ministro da Cultura, Gilberto Gil, chegou ao Recife hoje (27). Na pauta está a discussão de assuntos estratégicos para o desenvolvimento nacional, levando-se em conta as peculiaridades de Pernambuco. O primeiro compromisso foi um debate com o Conselho de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social de Pernambuco, que contou com a presença do governador do Estado, Eduardo Campos (centro). O ponto central das propostas de Unger (dir.) esta na ampliação de iniciativas econômicas com capacitação profissional, "instrumentalizando as energias produtivas do país".
