English: A Dutch frigate lying-to

A view from before the port beam of a ship with her mizzen and main and mizzen topsails filled on the starboard tack. And her fore topsail hoisted half-mast high and laid aback.

This drawing is an unsigned offset by the Younger, which has been rubbed on the back and worked up in pencil.
