Title
A Medieval - Post Medieval bone object probably an incomplete knife handle
Description
English: A Medieval - Post Medieval bone object probably an incomplete knife handle (1066-1750). The ends and one side of the object are missing but Jackie Keily thinks this is most likely part of a knife handle. The external surface is decorated with irregularly engraved ring and dot motifs. The ring and dot motifs vary in size and they seem to be randomly engraved along the length of the handle.

Dimensions: length: 88.02mm; width: 19.74mm; thickness: 11.87mm; weight: 21.85g.

Identification by Jackie Keily, Curator, Museum of London.
