Português: O Observatório da Imprensa lança uma série de programas sobre a função do ombudsman, ou defensor do leitor, que comemora 25 anos no próximo mês de setembro.
O cargo, criado nos Estados Unidos, chegou ao Brasil em 1989 com a Folha de S.Paulo. Atualmente, somente o jornal O Povo, de Fortaleza - que mantém a função há 20 anos - e a Folha contam com esses profissionais no Brasil. Nesta primeira edição, os entrevistados são os jornalistas Caio Túlio Costa, primeiro ombudsman da Folha de S.Paulo, e a atual, Vera Guimarães Martins, que iniciou o mandato em maio de 2014. |
