| Description |
English: There is a man standing at the entrance of the building, and is possibly presenting a speech. There is a crowd of people seated in front of the building. The people are dressed in formal attire. There is a clock attached to the building. There are two palm trees, on either side the front of the building. "Plunket Room" is visible on the windows to the left hand side of the building. There is a plaque that is attached to the building near the entrance that reads "ERECTED BY THE RESIDENTS OF THE DISTRICT AND DEDICATED TO THE PIONEERS 1938". This is possibly an opening of a new Plunket room in Wellsford. |
