Description
English: Fleuron from book:
A genuine and particular account of the taking of Carthagena by the French and buccaniers, in the year 1697. Containing, An exact Relation of that Expedition, from their first setting out, to their Return to Brest; wherein are describ'd their several Engagements with the English, in their Passage home. By the Sieur Pointis, Commander in Chief. With a preface, giving an Account of the Original of Carthagena in 1532, to the present time: Also an Account of the Climate and Product of that Place, and the Country adjacent.
