Summary
[edit]DescriptionA row of homes, probably on Delmar Boulevard between Union Boulevard and Kingshighway Boulevard.jpg |
English: Horizontal, black and white photograph showing a row of two-story, single-family brick homes, probably on Delmar between Union and Kingshighway. The view is looking across the road and streetcar rails towards the house in the center, which has an attached storefront on the ground floor. A small poster with a light background and a cross in the center can be seen in many of the windows, possibly a Red Cross Service Flag given out during World War I. A partial view of a horse on the road can be seen to the right. A note on a print made from this negative reads "Zoning", indicating that this photograph may have been used to demonstrate zoning violations or the need for further use restrictions. Areas of glare visible on the upper and bottom right are part of the original negative. See folder fP0197-S02-00015 for a print made from this negative. Title: A row of homes, probably on Delmar Boulevard between Union Boulevard and Kingshighway Boulevard. |
