Description
Italiano: Lo strumento, detto acidimetro di Soxel Henkel, è composto da una bottiglia di vetro a due bocche. A una è agganciata una buretta da titolazione munita di rubinetto, all'altra fa capo una piccola pompa di gomma. Permette di determinare l'acidità del latte (pH) mediante titolazione, impiegando una soluzione basica. Al termine del processo il valore risultante si legge sull'asta graduata.
