Acrylic painting by artist Constance Baltuck created for Kobuk Valley National Park through the Artist-In-Residence program. This painting will travel to Wasington D.C. in 2014 for an art show celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Wilderness Act. It will reside permanently in the Northwest Arctic Heritage Center in Kotzebue, AK. Bright colored landscape painting of dunes, forest, and stream.
