QINGDAO, China (April 21, 2014) Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Jonathan Greenert introduces himself and extends thanks to the People's Liberation Army (Navy) for hosting the 14th Western Pacific Naval Symposium. The WPNS is a forum that allows for the exchange of ideas between heads of navy and facilitates partnerships among the 21 nation-state members who each have strategic naval interests in the Pacific.
